Rich has over 30 years of proven residential real estate brokerage and development experience. He is an associate broker with Benson and Mangold, the leading mid-Shore residential brokerage firm, working out of the Saint Michaels office. He is also licensed with KLM Real Estate Services, LLC, a real estate consulting company providing, brokerage, project management and development services since 1995. For the last 10 years, he has been marketing, developing, renovating and selling homes.
Rich grew up in Falls Church, Virginia and spent his summers on the Chesapeake Bay since he was five years old. He built his first home on the Eastern Shore in 1988 and has since redeveloped two more in the Saint Michaels area. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in education and manufacturing engineering.
Rich has built and redeveloped homes in Talbot and Caroline counties in Maryland. And homes in Chevy Chase, Bethesda, MD, Falls Church and Mclean areas of Virginia. He specializes in staging, moving and downsizing homeowners with specialized services to accommodate their needs including asset disposition and relocation assistance.
